The petition will be presented to NSW Parliament by Dr Michael Holland MP. It will bring to the attention of the house that Nullica Lodge (also known as Roy Wotton Gardens), Bimmil Street Eden NSW 2551 has been vacant for more than 2 years, not honouring the original community purpose of the building, which was to provide safe, supportive and affordable housing for older and disabled residents of Eden.

The petitioners ask the Legislative Assembly to re-open Nullica Lodge by:

  • Commit and implement the return of the building back to community ownership:
  • Provide funding to plant and implement the building project to fulfill the original purpose of affordable, self managed accommodation for older and disabled residents
