Eligible Australian citizens and permanent residents can access many of these services through a myGov account.

Twofold Aboriginal Corporation exists to provide the best possible services and support to enhance the lives of Aboriginal Community members residing in the Twofold Bay region.The property is also home to the offices of Eden Local Aboriginal Land Council, who built the Aboriginal Cultural Centre - Monaroo Bobberrer Gudu or "The Keeping Place". The Keeping Place offers a community based centre for cultural events, meetings and functions. It is also used for school visits to educate young persons about aboriginal culture and activities. Twofold Aboriginal Corporation's offices & Meals on Wheels Kitchen are located at the edge of the lake along with a basic camping ground, community housing and sheds for various activites conducted by Twofold Aboriginal Corporation. A local business - AJN Fresh Oysters - also operate their business and oyster farm at the Jigamy Farm property.
South East Regional Hospital
South East Regional Hospital, servicing the area from Mallacoota to Batemans Bay, opened its doors on 8 March 2016. We offer emergency department bays, medical and surgical inpatient beds, a maternity unit, paediatric unit, a critical care unit, operating theatres including day surgery, renal dialysis chairs, oncology area, Hospital in the Home and separate mental health unit. A sub-acute rehabilitation unit recently opened.

Pre-School Story Time Eden story times are held every Thursday, from 10.30am to 11.30am at the Library. Story time comprises of stories, rhymes and simple crafts. Rhymetime is held on Wednesdays 10am Rhymetime for babies 0-2 is a great way to introduce them to the world of reading and language. Join in with your child reading simple stories, singing, classic rhymes and finger puppet play. Rhymetime is also a great opportunity to meet other parents of young children.

Port Authority of NSW – Eden
Port of Eden is the southernmost deep water harbour in NSW and is situated equidistant between Sydney and Melbourne. The Port provides a Harbour Master, 24 hour pilotage services, management of a Navy wharf and port security functions. There are three wharves in the Port of Eden precinct: A privately owned woodchip terminal, multi-user Navy wharfs, and the breakwater wharf. The port also owns and manages an eight hectare cargo storage facility. The major users of the port are the Royal Australian Navy, wood chippers, cargo ships for logs and cruise ships.
